Thank you for considering Rosita Flowers for you floral needs. We are committed to providing exceptional quality, craftsmanship and customer service, please contact one of our shops if you require further assistance.

The images of flowers to order presented here reflect a particular time and season. Although we will endeavour to create arrangements that closely resemble your selection, please allow for changes in availability and seasons. In such cases, we will substitute flowers with similar blooms to best reflect the style of the image displayed. However, if your requirements are quite specific, you may prefer to contact us directly and place your order via telephone with your most convenient Rosita Flowers store.

At Rosita Flowers we accept orders worldwide however, we only deliver within the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. All prices on our website include the appropriate taxes.

Delivery

  • Same-day delivery service applies only when you place your order before 11AM from
    Monday to Sunday. Any order received after 11AM, will be delivered the next day.
  • The price for each delivery zone is based on the approximate distance from the closest Rosita Flowers shop to the delivery destination. Please click here to find out the location of our shops. If your desired zone is not listed in our website, please call us.
  • An additional $10 surcharge will apply for deliveries due on Sundays.
  • If the delivery address provided by you is incorrect, an additional $30 surcharge will apply. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery date/time.
  • If there is no one home at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers in the best and safest location possible, according to the special instructions for delivery provided by you when you placed the order.
  • If the courier is unable to leave the flowers (i.e. locked gates), Rosita Flowers will call the sender to arrange a new delivery date/time. An additional $30 surcharge will apply for re-delivery.
  • Orders will arrive before 6PM to residential addresses, and before 5PM to business addresses. 
    Rosita Flowers will make every attempt to satisfy your request. However, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore in special cases evening deliveries may be organised due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  • All prices are in Australian dollars.

The Nature of Flowers

We endeavor to supply quality flowers at all times, therefore we often find little crawlers among foliage and flowers. Whilst we try to remove and release any living creatures we find on flowers, don't be alarmed if you encounter native bugs such as small spiders, beetles, moths, caterpillars and rarely but possibly even green tree frogs in your flowers.

Substitutions

At Rosita Flowers, we take great pride in our work and make every effort to execute your order as per your selection. However, occasionally we may need to substitute flowers, vases or a container due to seasonal changes or unavailability. In these instances Rosita Flowers reserves the right to substitute unavailable flowers and products with an alternative of equal value, similar colour and style in order to deliver your important gift without delay. Please note that in these cases the arrangements in our online shop may differ from that which is pictured. 

Cancellations and Changes

Refunds are not accepted. No cancellations will be allowed, nor refunds given.

Any cancellations requested will only be considered within 3 hours of placing the order. We are unable to offer a refund due to the fresh nature of the flowers and gifts we offer. 

To request any changes to orders please call us at 0478 032 883 within business hours.

Pick-up orders that are not picked up within 48 hours will be disposed of. With the exception of wedding and formal flowers, which will be disposed of after 24 hours. 

Rosita flowers reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an order that it has previously accepted. Rosita flowers may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

(a) Rosita Flowers’s suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;

(b) an event beyond Rosita Flower’s control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Rosita Flowers is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;

(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted;

 

Valentines Day

  • Please make sure all order details are correct at time of ordering.

  • No cancellations or alterations are to be made to orders placed for delivery on 12th of February, 13th of February and 14th of February.

  • We do not accept any time specific deliveries. All orders will be delivered before 6pm.

  • Due to high demand, some colours and varieties of flowers may need to be substituted without notice to meet delivery times.

Mothers Day

  • Please make sure all order details are correct at time of ordering.

  • No cancellations or alterations are to be made to orders placed for delivery on Mother's day or the day prior to Mother's day.

  • We do not accept any time specific deliveries. All orders will be delivered before 9pm.

  • Due to high demand, some colours and varieties of flowers may need to be substituted without notice to meet delivery times.
